Multi currency improvements.

You can now choose what currency you wish your invoice / payout to be based in, from either USD, EUR or GBP. Please select your desired settlement currency from your Account Details page.
Your share amount on reports will now be listed in the base (the member's payment) currency, with a summary at the bottom of the report in your chosen settlement currency. Statistics will be based in your chosen currency also.
We are also pleased to annouce that we now support user payment in Canadian and New Zealand Dollars (CAD / NZD) in addition to GBP, USD, EUR and AUD.
